What is Pluxee Pay Merchant?Pluxee Pay Merchant is a mobile application allowing the merchant to receive payments from consumers using the Pluxee Pay application, with a simple gesture using their mobile phone, at no additional cost.Who can use Pluxee Pay Merchant?All Pluxee Tunisie merchants who have a contract with Pluxee Tunisie for the acceptance of the Meal Card, Gift Card or Clothing Card as well as a valid Tunisian mobile phone number.How can I receive payments with my Pluxee Pay Merchant app?To receive payments, you must first ensure that you have an internet connection, then install the Pluxee Pay Merchant application on your mobile phone.Account creation and service activation will be required to accept QR code payments.Once logged in, you can:- either have the QR code that you have generated scanned by the consumer using their Pluxee Pay application- either scan the existing QR code on the back of your cardEach validated QR code transaction will generate a confirmation notification for the merchant as well as the customer.
This notification will mention the transaction number, the consumers account code, the merchant identifier, the transaction amount, the time and date of the transaction.
